Why?
Visit our Why Join page.
Who?
Local, hard-working, honest business people.
What happens?
- Pre-breakfast networking
- Breakfast is served and members/visitors talk amongst themselves
- Each member/visitor takes around 60 seconds to describe their business/services to the group. You could also explain what type of business / customer you are looking for, or how the club could help you.
- On a rotating basis, one member will take a 10 minute slot to describe their business/services in more detail to the group (we sometimes invite guest speakers).
- Group discussion (10 minutes)
- Referrals and testimonials passed between members
- Post-breakfast networking
Is that it?
Not quite. The Business Club also organise social events and functions. It is also involved in local charities. As a small, sociable and independent group, new ideas for activities beyond our meetings are always welcomed.
What if I miss a meeting?
That's fine. All we ask is that you don't miss 3 in a row. You may send a substitute in your place.
What if I can't bring referrals to every meeting?
That's fine too. Do your best where you can, and other members will do the same for you.
How do I arrange my first visit?
