Rosalie
Rosalie, after losing her job through a company liquidation, was at an all time low. No money, no job and low self esteem. Just to have a job and some money, she took the first available offer. However it did nothing for her esteem. Unfortunately for her, the new employer picked up on her low esteem, and made demand after demand on her good nature. Never a one to say No, she worked late into the evening.
During our coaching sessions Rosalie focused on what it was that she wanted and then made a list. Undeterred by not achieving her second goal of winning the lottery, she went on to find a better job.
What Rosalie says, "The belief and commitment my coach had in me gave me confidence to turn my thoughts into actions, and carry those actions through to completion, and then recognise my success. I know that what ever it is I want, I will achieve it."
